By engaging or accessing the digital solutions provided by SquareOra, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship and technical delivery of custom-managed software and infrastructure.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Our primary value is technical freedom. Unlike SaaS platforms, when you partner with SquareOra, you OWN your custom-built infrastructure. We provide a managed license to leverage our core architectural frameworks for the life of your product.

3. Fees & Regional Pricing

Pricing is dynamic and region-optimized ($200 USD / ₹5,000 INR baseline for initial digital presences). Third-party costs, including **domain registration and hosting subscriptions**, are external to our service fees and remain your responsibility. We provide managed setup as part of our core delivery.

4. Managed Services SLA

We build with high-availability design patterns. Technical maintenance is managed as part of your custom ecosystem plan. Emergency support and architectural scaling are governed by your specific project engagement.

5. Re-engagement & Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice. Upon termination, your custom architecture is your own to keep. We provide an optimized "hand-off" path for teams transitioning to in-house management.
